The Brother’s Roast Beef Sandwich Print Email

4 oz Tony’s Roast Beef
¼ cup au jus, or beef stock
2 oz slices of Crave Brother’s Les Freres cheese (enough to cover sandwich)
1-2 TBS Primo Loganberry Ancho or Blueberry Jalapeno Preserves
Tony’s Demi Baguette or Pretzel Bread Roll
Shredded lettuce, optional

Heat au jus or beef stock in a small saucepan. Bring cheese to room temperature. Toast bun (if desired) and brush each side with Primo spicy berry preserves.

Toss sliced roast beef in hot au just and transfer half to roll, top with cheese slices and remaining beef, and then lettuce (if using) and the top bun - serve immediately, dipping in remaining au just or beef stock. Makes 1 large sandwich.
