Berry Walnut and Avocado Spring Salad Print Email

Fresh California Avocados and berries, plus nuts, golden raisins and bleu cheese top delicate baby lettuces. Recipe Provided By the California Avocado Commission Serves: 4

1 (5-oz.) pkg. spring mix salad
¾ cup fresh strawberries, quartered
1/3 cup glazed walnuts
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/3 cup bleu cheese crumbles
4 oz. raspberry walnut dressing

In a medium bowl toss together spring mix salad, strawberries, walnuts and raisins. Top with ripe, Fresh California Avocado and bleu cheese crumbles. Drizzle lightly with dressing just prior to serving and pass dressing with salad.
