|Zesty Veggie Sauté
2 packs Tony’s Veggie Stir Fry
2 TBS Butter, olive oil or a combination
Tony’s Harissa Seasoning
Greek or Plain Yogurt
1 lemon, zested and wedged
In your largest skillet or wok, saute veggie stir-fry in butter and/or oil over medium heat. Toss to coat vegetables evenly with oil and sprinkle with Tony’s Harissa to taste (start with about a tsp, taste and adjust).
Continue to sauté and toss every couple of minutes, cooking to crisp/tender. Sprinkle with lemon zest, taste and adjust seasonings and serve. Great with a squeeze of lemon and a dab of plain yogurt.
Variation - saute chicken, pork, fish, shrimp or scallops alongside the veggies for a complete one pot meal.
