2 pounds Tony’s roast beef, sliced very thin
˝ cup au jus or beef stock
1 cup Tony’s Homestyle Gravy, more or less to taste
Vienna Giardiniera (hot or mild)
8 Tony’s Brioche Rolls, hard rolls or Vienna Buns

Warm roast beef, au jus and gravy in a saucepan, cover and simmer slowly until falling apart tender (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally - do not over mix! Add additional stock and gravy as desired to keep it juicy (some even like a splash of the Giardiniera brine). Can be made ahead, chilled and reheated just before serving.

Serve hot beef and juices on split and toasted rolls with a generous topping of hot or mild Giardiniera.
