Freeze Summer Peaches Print Email


Boil a large pot of water. Dip ripe peaches a batch at a time into boiling water for 1-3 minutes - set aside to cool. Peel the skins off by hand, taking care to reserve the juices. Split or slice peaches and pack with all the juice into small zip-lock bags - squeezing out as much air as possible. Freeze for winter use.
