3 lbs. ground beef (90% lean)
2 TBS olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
one small yellow onion, chopped
2 1/2 TBS ground cumin
2 1/2 TBS hot chili powder
1 26 oz can tomato soup
1 30 oz can pinto beans
chili pequin to taste

Saute garlic and onion in oil in a large pot. Add ground beef and brown. While beef is browning, add cumin and chili powder. When beef is browned, add soup and 1/2 can of water. Add pinto beans. Cook over low heat at least two hours. Add chili pequin before serving (careful, this can be very hot!!)
Serve with cheese, chopped scallions and sour cream. Serves 8-10.
