Turkey Quesadilla Print Email

shredded cooked turkey
sliced red bell peppers
sliced green onions
sliced black olives
Pepper Jack cheese

Butter 2 tortillas lightly on both sides. Place one tortilla in a stick-free or cast iron skillet and sprinkle with peppers, onions, olives, turkey and cheese. Top with second tortilla and toast over a medium high flame, carefully turning and toasting the second side. Serve with salsa and sour cream or green chili.
