Season with one of Tony's custom seasoning blends or a combination of salt, pepper, garlic and herbs. Roast at 325 degrees according to chart below - based upon total time, not minutes per pound. Test with reliable meat thermometer and remove at desired temperature. *Note: Roast shapes, sizes and diameters vary; a reliable meat thermometer is your final authority!

2 to 4 lbs. 30 to 60 minutes
4 to 6 lbs. 50 to 80 minutes
6 to 8 lbs. 60 to 90 minutes
