Chinook Bison Chili Print Email

1 lbs ground buffalo meat
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
14 oz. red kidney beans cooked and drained
10 oz. corn kernels
2 large diced tomatoes
1 tsp Chili powder
Salt & pepper

Brown ground meat over medium heat. Add onions and green pepper and cook until glazed. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce head and simmer for 10-15 minutes. If necessary, thicken with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Serve with garlic or cheese toast.
