The Ultimate Garlic Bread Print Email

Great with pasta, salads, roast meats, or on it's own as an appetizer!

1 loaf Tony's Fresh Ciabatta Bread
Tony's Garlic Butter
- or butter, garlic and herbs
Tony's Grated Italian Cheese Blend
- or a combination of mozzarella, parmesan and Dry Ricotta Salata

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and place cooking rack in top of your oven.

Split ciabatta bread in half lengthwise to form two thin sheets. Spread inside of loaf with Tony's Garlic Butter (or cream together fresh garlic, butter and a medley of Italian herbs).

Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle generously with Tony's Italian Cheese Blend. Place in top of hot oven until bread begins to brown (about 5 minutes) broil for additonal browning.

Remove to a cutting board and cut into fingers with a large knife - serve hot. - Chef Mick, Tony's
