Nutty Meatballs Print Email

1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
3 TBS sour cream
1 TBS diced onion
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 garlic clove, pushed through a press
1 1/2 tsp salt

Heat oven to 400 F. In a medium bowl, mix beef, sour cream, onion, walnuts, garlic, and salt. Form into 24 small meatballs; place on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until nicely browned.
