| Raisin-Apricot Glazed Ham |

8-pound whole boneless ham
one 18-oz jar apricot preserves
2-oz slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 TBS lemon juice
For glaze, stir together preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice.
Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree F to 120-140 degrees F. - about 2 hours. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve. -Serves 24 plus.
