| Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts |

4 boneless Chicken breast halves, skinned
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano
Place the chicken breasts in a folded piece of plastic wrap; slightly flatten upper portion of each breast. Place breasts in a shallow glass dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour marinade over breasts. Cover with food film and marinate, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours.
Remove breasts from marinade. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly grease cooking grate. Place breasts on grill. Cook, covered, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
