1 pound sashimi grade marlin, cut into ½” cubes
1 TBS sesame seeds, toasted
1 TBS sesame oil
1 TBS tamari or soy sauce
¼ cup green onions, minced
¼ cup sweet onion, minced
1 tsp minced jalapeno or serrano chile
fine sea salt and white pepper

Gently mix all ingredients and marinate under refrigeration for least one hour, stirring occasionally. Serve on a bed of mixed greens with side of rice. Serves 4-6 as an appetizer or light meal.
