Garlic Herb Grilled Lobster

2 petite lobster tails, thawed
2 TBS butter, melted
1 clove garlic, pressed
dash paprika
dash crushed red pepper
pinch white pepper
pinch tarragon or herb medley

1/2 tsp. parsley, minced
2 lemon wedges

Thaw lobster tails, but do not let them get warm! Remove thin underbelly along each side of the hard upper shell with kitchen shears. Heat grill. Combine butter with garlic, paprika, peppers and herbs. Taste and adjust as desired.

Grill lobster tails over medium coals, brushing with seasoned butter until just done, approximately 6-10 minutes, do not overcook! Plate, sprinkling with fresh parsley and garnishing with lemon wedges. Serves two with steaks.
