Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Rinse seeds from any pumpkin under cold water in a colander and pick out the connective tissue, this is easiest while the pulp is still moist. Transfer to towels to dry. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Spread on large baking sheet and mist evenly with olive or canola oil, tossing with pinches of sea salt or seasoned salt.

Roast until lightly toasted to golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes – times vary with conditions, estimated cooking time from 25-40 minutes. Taste and adjust salt if needed and cool completely. Store cool seeds in an airtight container.
