Chilled Broccolini with Caribbean Chile Lime Dip
1 bunch Broccolini 1/3 cup Peaches or Mangoes, pureed (fresh or bottled) 3 TBS Mango chutney, finely chopped 2 TBS Lime juice, fresh 1 tsp Serrano Chiles, finely chopped 2 TBS finely chopped Red chiles or jalapenos, to taste 3/4 tsp ground Cumin 1/8 tsp sea salt
Blanch or steam broccolini, chill until ready to serve.
Combine remaining ingredients and chill - serve dip with broccolini spears as an appetizer or side dish. --- |
