Citrus Orange Roughy
Season Orange Roughy fillet with Tony's Lime Pepper or Orange Pepper. On a large piece of foil, lay one lemon, two lime and one orange slice. Lay seasoned fillet on top, drizzle with olive oil then top with lemon, lime and orange slices. Seal well in foil.
Roast at 425 or grill over medium high flame for approximately 10 minutes, turning once. Serve in bundle, splitting open at the table and sprinkling with minced green onion (optional). |
