Academia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We did a blind tasting on 30 olive oils, and this one was my hands-down favorite thanks to its exquisite flavor and balance. Delicious enough for special occasions, inexpensive enough for everyday.

Shredded Beef or Chicken Burritos

Handmade with slow braised beef or grilled skinless chicken, beans, cheese and a dash of our homemade green chili. Microwave from frozen and serve – in our freezer case.

 

Chef Mick Rosacci, Corporate Chef

Chef Mick (Michaelangelo) Rosacci is Tony’s oldest son and our Corporate Chef. He’s been with Tony’s since 1978 and has worked in every department over the years.

Mick has also written the food column for local newspapers, taught cooking on the Channel 7 News for 12 years and appears on Dig In Colorado, a home-grown gardening and cooking show Saturday mornings on FOX.
