For Chile: Brown 1 lb ground meat & 1-2 chopped onions, drain & add 3-4 TBS seasoning, 14-28 oz tomatoes & 1.5 C stock or water. Simmer for 60-90 mins, adjust seasonings to taste, add 1 can beans and serve. Also great thickened with Masa flour.|
