Oven Fried: Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment or foil (for easier clean up), mist with oil and add cutlets or fingers, one inch apart. Roast in the top of your oven, convection fan on if available, until cooked through and browned - about 7-10 minutes.
Sautéed: Heat a heavy stick free skillet over medium high heat, drizzle with just a little canola oil, olive oil or a combination and sauté to brown on all sides and cook through.
Deep Fried: Deep fat fry at 340-360 degrees to brown quickly, about 2-4 minutes depending on conditions.
