You don’t have to be a gourmet to cook
something special on Father’s Day! Dads
are pretty easy, we like juicy and flavorful
meat – and lots of it!
Choose Dad something extra special for Father’s
Day at Tony’s! How about a juicy
aged Beefsteak, a meaty rack of Baby Back Ribs,
a nice fillet of Wild Salmon, or a couple Alaskan
King Crab Legs? Throw in a tossed salad
and mashed potatoes and you’ve got a bona
fide feast!
This week’s recipes are going to be a
huge hit with Dad and they are all easy to prepare. Why
not treat dad to gourmet, without being in the

Plank Salmon & Grapes

a simple compound butter. Wonderfully
moist and tender - awesome with steak!

Spice rubbed Rib Eye Steaks, grilled and
served over a colorful vegetable medley and
fresh lime.

Mashed Potatoes
These potatoes turn out deliciously rich
with Fat Free Sour Cream and half the butter – all
the indulgence, far less fat!
